A weekend of learning to keep in our hearts

In early May, we had the joy of taking part in a very special seminar on Incubation and Growth, promoted by the Thai government. It was an invitation we received with grateful hearts – and it brought us unforgettable days!

A group of children and adults from Baan Unrak joined the journey to the Thai Agriculture Museum, a beautiful and purposeful place full of life.

But the most beautiful part was seeing our children engaging, sharing experiences and smiles with other institutions from the region. That was the goal of the seminar: to build bridges.

We had workshops, conversation circles, and creative expression activities – all designed to encourage the kids to present their own projects and ideas to children from other places. A wonderful chance to speak up, overcome shyness, and discover they have a lot to share with the world.

And there was also a lovely fair over the weekend! We set up our booths and sold a bit of what we lovingly make here. It was a valuable opportunity to showcase our work, hear feedback, find inspiration, and think of new ways to grow.

When we give children the chance to live meaningful experiences, we plant seeds of transformation. Sometimes all it takes is one encounter, one idea, one opportunity – and the future begins to change.

We want to keep creating these spaces for exchange, learning, and discovery. And you can help us ensure more children have access to experiences like this. Every bit of help makes a huge difference.

We move forward with open hearts and a deep desire to keep growing.

With gratitude and hope,

Baan Unrak Team 💛
